- COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The below line items are a part of the Vocera Communications System that was solicited under FAR Part 8/GSA eBuy. The items were identified by the vendor as being open market and not a part of the vendor's GSA schedule contract. Therefore, in accordance with FAR Part 8.402(f), the ordering activity is meeting the requirements of FAR Part 5, Publicizing. If you feel that you can supply the items below, please submit a quote to the POC identified at the end of this solicitation. All offers will be considered and the lowest price offer that is meeting the requirements of the Government may be awarded an order. 1.
