This solicitation is being issued on an unrestricted basis to allow for full and open competition. The associated NAICS code is 334516. Offerors must also be registered in Systems for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov per FAR 52.212.1 lack of registration in SAM will qualify contractor as ineligible for award.
