The intent of this exercise is twofold: to share the Government �s intent to issue a SIR and to provide opportunity to assist the Government in creating the highest quality SIR possible. This draft SIR represents a collaborative effort between the FAA and industry. Interested parties ( �respondents �) are encouraged to comment and/or identify elements of the solicitation that seem unclear or in their opinion require editing.
