Description

Solicitation P17PS02151 entitled "Supply and Install Waste to Energy Recovery System" is hereby amended as follows: 1. Amendment 0001 addresses contractor questions 1-14; Contractor Questions and Government Responses are attached to this amendment; 2. The period of performance is changed from 9/15/2017 - 1/19/2018 to read 9/18/2017 - 11/30/2018; 3. Section 3 of the solicitation Clauses & Provisions, Performance Work Statement, is amended as follows: Item B.21 Delivery Schedule is changed from "The contractor is responsible for and shall ensure delivery of all materials and equipment to Kalaupapa NHP, Hawaii" to read "The contractor FOB destination is Young Brother's Pier 39/40 in Honolulu, Hawaii 96817. The Government will provide final transportation on the annual barge from Pier 39/40 in Honolulu to Kalaupapa at no additional charge to the contractor. A reservation will be reserved for the delivery of this system on the 2018 annual barge to Kalaupapa," revised Clauses & Provisions are attached; 4. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged by this amendment; 5. POC for this action is Rebecca Graham, Rebecca_Graham@nps.gov.
