- Sources Sought Notice This is a SOURCES SOUGHT TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION to determine the availability and technical capability of small businesses (including the socioeconomic subsets of Small Disadvantaged Businesses, ; Certified 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, and Women Owned Small Business) to provide the required products and/or services. The DISA NCR - PL61 is seeking information on behalf of the DISA Resource Management Center/Comptroller's (RM) offices for potential sources in the contemplated re-compete of the Financial Management Operations and Systems Sustainment Support (FMSS) contract/s, located at Fort George G. Meade, MD, Scott AF Base, IL, Columbus, OH, and in Pensacola, FL. for potential sources in the contemplated re-compete professional accounting, financial advisory, audit and internal control advice and assistance, and financial system services support, under contracts # HC1028-13-F-0139, held by Deloitte and HC1047-15-F-0032 held by Itility. The current contracts have base year and four one-year options, $50.4 million firm-fixed-price, single-award Indefinite Quantity/Indefinite Delivery (IDIQ). The current contracts provide professional accounting, financial advisory, audit and internal control advice and assistance, and financial system services support including development testing of new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) capabilities to support the DISA RM mission.
