- Solicitation part 1 of 2 solicitation part 2 of 2 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; only electronic quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. This award is 100% set-aside for Small Business under NAICS code 334516, with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees. The date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance and FOB point are listed within the solicitation SF-18. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, and the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, must be included with your offer. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items and all other provisions and clauses that apply to this acquisition are included as a separate attachment.
