Crescenz VAMC Job Name Procurement of Interventional Supplies for Diagnostic Imaging (BARD) Requested by Diagnostic Imaging (Interventional) From Julia Velez, Supply System Analyst Summary The request is for Interventional Supplies, specifically dilatation catheters and balloons for the treatment of vascular abnormalities performed in Interventional Radiology. Project Scope This SOW covers the following activities and deliverables. The scope of work includes stocking vascular supplies for the intervention of abnormal findings during special procedures in radiology when clinically indicated. The scope includes maintaining catheters and balloons for routine and emergency use when indicated. The scope includes stocking ample supply so that radiologists can plan on two of each surgical supply (catheter/balloon) to be available on demand PER PATIENT.
