Description

Exhibit A - Technical Requirements Solicitation SPRBL1-17-Q-0047 1. This request for quotation (RFQ) will result in a Firm-Fixed Price, one-time purchase order using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for the following component of the AN/TSC-156D Phoenix System manufactured by ETM-Electromatic, Inc. (CAGE 8M906): NSN: 5985-01-522-2560 PART NUMBER: A31058-000 (CAGE 8M906) Nomenclature: Antenna Control Unit Quantity: 4 each 2. Accelerated delivery at no additional cost to the government is accepted and encouraged. 3. The contractor shall provide a warranty at no additional cost to the government in accordance with FAR 52.213-4, Terms and Conditions Simplified Acquisitions (Other Than Commercial Items). 4. Quotations shall be submitted and evaluated in accordance with one-time purchase using simplified acquisition procedures type solicitations. 5. The maximum value of any contract resulting from this solicitation is $150,000.00.
