Description
Solicitation AG-32SD-S-17-0077 Evaluation Factors & Cost Breakdown Table. SF1442 Solicitation AG-32SD-S-17-0077 and Statement of Work (SOW). Solicitation AG-32SD-S-17-0077 Construction Clauses/Provisions & Wage Grade Determination #WA70031 Chelan County, WA. This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation announcement for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation will result in a firm fixed price service contract to be awarded in October 2017. SOLICITATION NUMBER: AG-32SD-S-17-0077. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). NORTH AMERICAN CLASSIFICATION CODE (NAICS): 238290 Other Building Equipment Contractors 238290 Power generating equipment installation The provisions and clauses incorporated into this solicitation document are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95 corrections. Provisions and clauses incorporated by reference have the same force and effect as if they were given in full text. Interested offerors must submit their proposal by providing competitive pricing for CLIN 001-003 on attached Standard Form 1442. Successful offeror will be evaluated by three evaluation factors included with the Standard Form 1442. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES. The USDA/ARS/PWA, Physiology and Pathology of Tree Fruits Research Laboratory (TFRL) located in Wenatchee, Washington has a requirement for installation of (1) Generac Industrial Gaseous Engine-Driven Generator, and (1) GTS Series Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) and Preparation of Site for Concrete Pad for Generac Generator, procurement of 500 gallon propane tank along with ancillary supporting equipment/infrastructure at their research facility. Vendor shall supply all professional services necessary for the accomplishment of the contract project and such required services shall be in accordance with requirements as described herein. SITE VISIT. Only one site visit will be held on Thursday, September 7, 2017 @ 1:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time at the site where services are to be performed for offerors or quoters to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable.
