Answers to vendor questions - 1)When is the contract award expected? Very Quickly after solicitation has ended 2)Can sites (temporary towers, cell-on-wheels etc.) for antenna placements be erected on NASA property where facilities with sufficient height are not present or available? Yes, but the government will need to review and approve based on location, antenna height, etc. 3)Please clarify how the government intends to pay for the 3 years of operation referenced on page 2, number 1(c). Is it the government's intent to pay the entire cost for the 3 years upon network validation testing report verifying adherence to spec 6 &7 as is indicated on page 5 of the Statement of Work? Yes, in accordance to the disbursement percentage in the RFQ 4) Does the government expect offers to be submitted in accordance with FAR 52.212-1? https://www.acquisition.gov/far/html/52_212_213.html·FAR 52.212-1 (e.g., including SF1449). Yes, this applies to all commercial purchase orders 5)If not, will the government accept alternate proposals?
