- Ram Vehicle Solicitation The vendor shall provide Ram Target Vehicles for training purposes at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center located in Cheltenham, Maryland. The vendor shall provide a minimum of twelve (12) vehicles per year and a maximum of twenty-four (24). The resulting contract shall contain 4 one-year option period for a maximum 5 year period. The vendor shall provide a per vehicle price on the SF 1449 for each of the 5 years. The statement of work is provided with the attached solicitation. Quotes are due by 14 September 2017. Questions should be sent to the Contracting Officer at terry.gragg@dhs.gov. THIS REQUIREMENT IS RESTRICTED TO SMALL BUSINESSES. Vendors MUST BE REGISTERED in the Government's payment system (SAMS).
