This requirement is for one, clean approved U.S. or foreign flag double hull tanker with an Inert Gas System (IGS) and Segregated Ballast Tanks (SBT) that is capable of carrying a minimum of 270,000 bbls of F76 within vessel's natural segregation in designated cargo tanks with double valve isolation. Laydays commence 12 September 2017 and cancel 16 September 2017. The performance will be one voyage. 17. Place of Contract Performance: Load Port: Onsan, South Korea; Discharge Ports: Guam and Diego Garcia, BIOT 18. Set-aside status: Unrestricted; this requirement will be unrestricted based on knowledge of the market and recent spot charter awards.
