Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3678.0 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3862.0 Space Type: Office (3678 USF ABOA), Parking area shall be able to accommodate eight vehicles, and it needs to be fenced for these vehicles. The fence shall be a six feet chain-link with fourteen foot gate. Parking Spaces (Total): 8 Parking Spaces (Surface): 8 Full Term: 240 Firm Term: 120 Soft Term: 120 Additional Requirements: The building is the main office for the National Park Service, Northern Great Plains Inventory and Monitoring Network and other NPS (4) and US Forest Service (1) staff (22 total). The office and fenced parking is a central base of operations for the network provide natural resource monitoring and technical assistance to 13 parks in North Dakota, South Dakota, Wyoming and Nebraska. Office setting and equipment storage is necessary to include administrative, science and resources, education, and outreach, and facilities management. Due to daily, weekly, and seasonal loading unloading of equipment space on the first floor is required Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 500 year flood plain.
