This notice is issued by the United States Army Corp of Engineers (USACE), Portland District, in accordance with FAR 5.207. This is a as notification of Award for solicitation W9127N17Q0069. The Purchase Order has been issued as W9127N17P0122 on 05 Sept 2017. This procurement is Full and Open competition. The NAICS code is 336611 - Ship building and Repairing, with a size standard of 1250 employees for small business characterization. This notification document incorporates all policies in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95, effective 13 Jan 2017. This Contract award has one contract line item number for the purchase of one fabricated rescue boat davit with the following specifications: Totally enclosed fully self-contained all weather hydraulic pivoting rescue boat davit. Safe working load of 3200kg in trim and list conditions of 10 degrees and 20 degrees respectively. Two speed remote control hoist with a maximum speed of 40 meter per minute hoisting speed with constant tension and shock absorber system. Cable length must allow for 60 feet of lift from water surface to the deck. Designed to lift boats with an overall length of 6.7 meters and with a beam of 2.59 meters. 440V/3ph/60Hz power requirement. Pivoting, hoisting and lowering by hydraulic pump. Three layer marine coating system. Galvanized 16mm wire rope. Total system dimensions of 3615mm high, 1282mm wide, and 3145mm deep with total deck space required of 4 square meters. Must have option for manual hand pump for emergency. The basis of award was on lowest price, identified in the solicitation. See FAR 52.212-2 - Evaluation-Commercial Items. Delivery is F.O.B Destination: 8010 NW St. Helens Road Portland, OR 97210. The date of delivery will 02 Nov 2017.
