Can you specify if you are looking for products only or if you would like any installation or removal services? If we determine that physically removing and disposing of the old units is less expensive than having them mailed to our location, is it acceptable to the Air Force to send a truck to your location to pick up the old units for disposal? Are all the UPS units you are requesting the same ones that will be mailed back? Answer---- We are only looking for products that will be on a one for one replacement. We identify which batteries need to be replaced, you send us the replacements. We will replace the old with the new and send the old ones back to you to recondition or dispose of. No pick ups sorry, we prefer that a return shipping label be included with the shipment. Question---- 2. Need clarification on the part numbers. Are you wanting UPS's or UPS battery packs or both? We have excellent UPS equipment comparable or better quality than APC, at the best price. is it possible to extend the time so i can get you the best equipment for the best quote. Answer----This is for the entire UPS units Question-----3. Can you confirm what portion of the list below is old materials you wish to have recycled? Answers----- The UPS units are a one for one swap So you'll be getting back the old UPS that will either need to be reconditioned or disposed of. Plese SEE EDITED ANSWERS the entire UPS needs to be replaced not just the batteries.
