Description

Orthotic and Limbs Contract: It is the intention of the VA Medical Center Erie, PA to solicit proposals and award multiple contracts on a competitive basis to preferred providers within a VA Medical Center s (VAMC) jurisdiction under the authority of Title 38 U.S.C. Section 8123. Orthotic appliance includes custom made/custom fit braces, corset/belts, elastic hose, arch supports, shoe inlays, molded shoes, and orthotic shoes. Footwear and modifications must be prescribed by the appropriate VA clinician. Contractor shall provide services including evaluation, manufacture, fitting and adjustment of orthotic devices by its qualified Orthotists.
