- RFQ Fire Station Mattresses at JBSA Lackland AFB, TX This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate RFQ will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA3016-17-U-0327 and is issued as a Request for Quotation. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. This purchase is restricted to: Small Business concerns. NAICS code: 337910 Small business size standard: 1,000 EMP Mattresses JBSA Lackland Fire Station BRAND NAME or Equal Please respond to this RFQ by emailing response to: Angela Matthews-Webb at E-mail: angela.matthews-webb@us.af.mil no later than 11:00am CST, 8 September 2017 (or sooner if possible) in order to be considered timely. Any quote, modification, revision, or withdrawal of a quote received after the exact time specified above shall be determined as late and will not be considered unless received before award is made, the Contracting Officer determines that accepting the late quote would not unduly delay the acquisition, and it was the only quote received.
