Description

VAMC SALISBURY, Salisbury, North Carolina intends to solicit and award a sole source firm-fixed priced annual contract for Nuclear Med Instruments. The intent to sole source decision is based on proprietary information required to service Nuke Med Instrumentation. This requirement is intended for award to: MTEK Solutions, Stokesdale, NC under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 811219, small business size standard: $20.5 million. Performance period is 10/1/2017-9/30/2018.Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals/quotes. However, the government will consider all responses received within 3 days of publication (on/before September 13, 2017 COB). A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
