- The purpose of this sources sought synopsis is to identify capable, qualified small businesses to provide EAB Membership or equal for West Point, NY. Potenital qualified sources shall meet size classification standards under NAICS code 323117 - Books Prinitng. Interested offerors shall demonstrate, in a qualifications statement, that it can provide these subscriptions. This is a sources sought announcement and not a request for technical or cost proposals. An award will not be made on the basis of this notice, and there will be no reimbursement of costs incurred by potential offerors responsing to this notice. A solicitation does not exist to be provided. Submit your response via e-mail to Robin.C.Meyer.civ@mail.mil with the words quote mark EAB quote mark in the e-mail subject line. all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Responses shall not exceed five (5) pages.
