- The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 3, intends to award a sole source firm fixed price purchase order under authority of FAR 6.302-1, Other than Full and Open Competition procedures and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition procedures to Eppendorf North America, Hauppauge, New York. This requirement is for maintenance and technical support for the epMotion 5073me robotic instrument. Eppendorf North America is the manufacturer who only provide these services and the warranty on the instrument. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 811219. The size standard is $20.50. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals; however firms with expressed interest and capability are encouraged to respond by 09/12/2017. This notice is for informational purposes only. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
