Description

Custom Panel for FDA Primers There is a need for a custom panel of amplification primers to be used for development of protocols to amplify targets for whole genome sequencing of critical strains. The primers will be an essential part of sample detection to be able to perform genomic interrogation of Escherichia coli and other potentially pathogenic isolates and commensal gram positive beneficial microbes' genotypes for source tracking.
