- This will be a firm fixed price type contract. Contractor shall provide the following 1000each Twin sized Fleece Blanket: Individually packaged and vacuum sealed, suitable for hot climates and easy storage, ligtweight 3lbs or less, must not contain any harmful materials or chemicals and recommended by American Red Cross Shelter. The close date for this solicitation is Friday, Sept 15, 2017 at 12:00pm HST. Please note that the delivery address is located in Hawaii and all quotes must include shipping charges. The evaluation criteria for this award is based on the lowest price technically acceptable.
