Description

This is a sources sought for tactical training. See attached draft Statement of work. Training that shall be performed using ESS exercises using General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems (GD-OTS) Simunition® and the non-lethal FX® Marking Cartridges or equivalaent. Training shall be designed to accommodate 100 students (class size approximately 20 students per day) over five consecutive days. The ratio of students to trainers should be two to one. All ESS training objectives and requirements shall be accomplished within an 8.5 hour day. Contractors should arrive 27 October 2017 at NBK to get issued entry credentials. Contractors should set up training site October 28 th and 29 th as needed. October 30, 2017 to November 3, 2017 training will be conducted daily from 0730 to 1600 hours with a 30 minute lunch break.
