Description

Requirement Memo Justification and Approval Solicitation W9124P-17-R-5428 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The Government has a requirement to lease a total of 14 EA Cannon miniQV-X 3-Bath Automated Viscometer Systems. The anticipated award will be a single award contract with a 12 month base period and four (4) one year options. The contract will be awarded on a firm-fixed-price basis using Acquisition of Commercial Items IAW FAR Part 12. The associated NAICS Code is 532490. Please include company DUNS and CAGE Code on quote. Please see attached requirement documents for items being procured. Contract will be awarded to the bidder with the lowest price determined to be technically acceptable. RFQ will end at 12:00 (noon) PM CST on Friday, 15 September 2017. The offeror agrees to hold the prices in its offer firm for 30 calendar days from the date specified for receipt of offers.
