VA797W-16-R-0002 Page 1 of Page 1 of 1 Page 1 of The Department of Veteran Affairs, National Acquisition Center is hosting a Preproposal Conference for the upcoming Subsistence Prime Vendor program. This conference is open to all food manufacturers and broadline distributors and will be held virtually via conference call on Thursday, September 28, 2017 from 8:00am-12pm. This conference is intended to gain feedback from industry partners regarding the requirements for the pending solicitation. Each participant will be given a 30-minute block of time to provide feedback. Two (2) thirty minute blocks of time will be scheduled each hour, with a total of eight (8) sessions available. Respondents can only schedule one time slot during this conference. Vendors can submit questions in advance which will be answered during the 30 minute conference session. The solicitation is included within this notification; however, changes may be made following the feedback that is received.
