Description

ATTACHMENT A in EXCEL format Solicitation package The Bureau of the Fiscal Service/Procurement, on behalf of Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB), has a requirement for Brand Name licenses and technical product support for Accela, a COTS product that is leveraged for TTB's Permits Online System (PONL). This action is for software maintenance and technical support for 300 licenses; TTB requires regular updates and patches to the software, as well as support to resolve technical problems encountered with the current software. TTB currently has technical support for this product, which needs to be maintained/renewed for continuity of support, beginning 10/1/17. The period of performance is anticipated to be for a base year and four 12-month option years. Quotes shall be submitted no later than 10:00 am ET on 9/22/17, and in accordance with the attached solicitation documents amd Attachment A - Price Sheet.
