Description
B10 Fuel - USACE St. Louis Fuel Barge CE64 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial sUPPLY prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The government intends to make one (1) award resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government. The solicitation number for this requirement is W912P917Q0250 - B20 Fuel purchase for Oil Barge CE-64, and is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95 dated 15 September 2017. This requirement is being solicited as 100% set aside for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 424720, Petroleum and Petroleum Products Merchant Wholesalers (except Bulk Stations and Terminals), with a Small Business Size Standard of 500 Employees. The basis of award will be Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable Offeror. Offerors must quote on all items to be eligible for award. PLEASE ENSURE TO REVIEW THE ATTACHED SPECIFICATIONS AND PROVIDE YOUR COST IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ITEM BREAKDOWN. The following provisions apply to this RFQ: FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors - Commercial and FAR 52.212- 3 Offeror Representations and Certifications- Commercial Items. Note: 52.212-3 shall be completed in the offerors System for Award Management (SAM) record. All interested parties MUST be registered in SAM in order to receive a contract award.
