- Sole Source NOCA J&A The AFTC Installation Contracting Division/PZIOAD, Eglin AFB FL, intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for Polyalphaolefin Mx Chiller Software Upgrade for the 513 EWS IAW 13.106-1(b) to McDonald Construction Service 824 James Lee Rd Fort Walton Beach, FL, 32547-2222. The anticipated award date is 25 Sep 2017. This requirement is for: CLIN 0001: Provide upgrade for existing chiller units. Provide touch screen panels incorporating operating system. The desired delivery date is 30 days ADC to 513 EWS Eglin AFB, FL 32542. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 541512, small business size standard: $27.5M. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS OR QUOTATIONS. No solicitation package will be issued. Requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledged. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement in the future is in the best interest of the Government. All information submitted should support the offeror's capability to provide the items/services required, and shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. Responses must be in writing and must provide clear and concise documentation indicating an offeror's capability to provide these items/services. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered. Response and questions shall be submitted electronically to yara.abawi.2@us.af.mil prior to 4:00 pm CST on 23 Sep 2017.
