NOTICE AD CONSENT TO DISCLOSE DTAR UNPAID FEDERAL TAX LIABILITY CLAUSE NOTICE AND CONSENT T DISCLOSE AND USE OF TAXPAYER RETURN INFORMATION CLAUSE The purpose of this notice of intent is to notify the commercial market of the Government's intent to make an award to CCH Incorporated for Tax Library Intelliconnect Database Service (6-INTL and 1-LIB). The Internal Revenue Service intends to award a purchase order to CCH Incorporated for Tax Library Intelliconnect Database Service (6-INTL and 1-LIB). This requirement will be made on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1(a)(C)(ii). The requirement will be fulfilled by the delivery of the software renewal license for a period of performance of one year. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 511210, and the size standard is $35.5 million. This notice of intent to award should not be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a formal Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quotation (RFQ) or contract. Any information provided to the Government is strictly voluntary. Responses to the notice of intent to award will not serve as proposals, bids, or offers which could be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. As such, the Government will not cover any costs for any information or inquiry submitted as a result of this request. Please include the name of the point of contact, e-mail address and telephone number should the Government have questions regarding individual responses. Please note: A SOLICITATION DOES NOT EXIST. Any comments should be provided no later than 11:00 pm EST on September 22, 2017.
