- W81K00-17-T-0360 - Solicitation W81K00-17-T-0360 - Past Performance Questionnaire W81K00-17-T-0360 The US Army Regional Health Command - Central has a requirement for Joint Commission (formerly known as JCAHO) pre-survey assessment visits (PSAVs) of all applicable services/departments within the military treatment facilities (MTFs) in the Command's area of responsibility. The visit will be conducted to assess compliance with current established standards to be reviewed during a scheduled survey or a random unannounced survey. The PSAV will assist the organization in identifying areas of strengths, areas of vulnerability, and areas for improvement and recommendations on how to meet the intent of the regulatory standards. The base period of performance is 1 October 2017 or date of award (whichever is later) through 30 September 2018, plus two (2) twelve-month option periods. The NAICS code for this procurement is 541611, Administrative management consulting services, and the standard size is $15M. The solicitation number is W81K00-17-T-0360. The solicitation will be available on 19 September 2017 at FedBizOpps (www.fbo.gov). Prospective offerors are advised that if tentatively selected for award, they must register with the System for Award Management (SAM) (http://www.sam.gov) and obtain a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code prior to any award being made. The solicitation will close on/about 27 September 2017. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be physically issued, and telephone and faxed requests for the solicitation will not be honored. The solicitation will have all the necessary information required for the preparation and submission of offers.
