- The Department of Interior, National Park Service, Grand Teton National Park, is seeking interested sources that can provide facility preventative maintenance and corrective maintenance services for two facilities within Grand Teton National Park. The potential contract may include all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform facilities maintenance and repair services to the interior and exterior portions of two visitor centers and three small restroom buildings. The purpose of this potential contract is to provide a consistent and thorough level of inspection, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and corrective repair to provide a safe, reliable and comfortable working environment for staff and visitors to the facilities. This is a sources sought notice for market research purposes only and no further specifications are available at this time. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561210 Facilities Support Services has been identified for use under this Sources Sought Posting. Contractors having capabilities necessary to meet or exceed the stated requirements are invited to provide company information in the format of a narrative that demonstrates technical understanding, past performance and experience to Katharina Peace, Contract Specialist at: katharina_Peace@nps.gov. Responses shall be provided via the sources sought attachment form and entail all information as requested. Please provide the socioeconomic set aside. All relevant input is encouraged. This synopsis is for information and planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government nor will the Government pay for information solicited; no basis for claim against the Government shall arise as a result from a response to this Sources Sought or Government use of any information provided. The Government reserves the right to consider a small business, 8(a) or any other set aside arrangement as deemed appropriate based on the response for this notice. Due to system outages the solicitation will be issued under a new solicitation number in FY 2018.
