- VA245-17-Q-0350: The intent of these specifications, terms, and conditions, is to describe the service and responsibility of the Safety Department of the Veterans Affairs Facility at the Martinsburg VA Medical Center located at 510 Butler Ave, Martinsburg, WV 25405. This procurement is a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. Work includes but not limited to: The contractor shall lab test services as listed within the solicitation. The firm must be approved under NAICS:541620, size standard $15.0. Prospective contractors must be registered and current in the following websites: https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov and www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM to be eligible for award. Only SDVOSB Firms currently verified in the Veterans Information Pages (VIP) at www.vetbiz.gov are eligible to submit bids/offers. SD VOSB firms that submit bid/offers for SDVOSB set-asides that are not listed on VIP will be deemed nonresponsive. Solicitation documents will be available on or about 9/19/2017. No telephone inquiries will be answered. Prospective contractors are responsible for downloading attachments, and any issued amendments from www.fbo.gov. Offers will be accepted till 26 September 2017, at 2:00 pm EST. Email Caitlin.hippensteel@va.gov with proposals. This procurement is subject to availability of funds.
