Description

Notice of Award The Department of Veteran Affairs, Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC) awarded a contract to Elsevier, LLC, 230 Park Ave Floor 8 New York, NY 10169 for the procurement of services. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: The scope is to provide VA staff, regardless of their location, with access to a collection of high quality, current and relevant clinical, full text electronic journals, books, and videos to support clinical decision making at the point of care. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Veterans Health Administration (VHA) requires an existing commercial off the shelf web based product named Elsevier s ClinicalKey Collection Subscription that will be made available throughout the Department of Veterans Affairs.
