Description

Description of Services: Scope: Maintenance of Sun Nuclear Equipment Services include maintenance required to keep systems/equipment in operating condition in accordance with manufacturer specifications, service loaners for down systems, full hardware warranty, software license renewals, full access to all new software releases by OEM, telephone and we-based technical support, and updated user manuals and reference guides. A certified field service technician/engineer must respond onsite within 4 hours of service call if the issue is unable to be resolved over the phone with technical support.
