- This is not a solicitation/request for proposal. The solicitation/request for quote will be solicited on or about 9/25/17. When issued the Solicitation/Request for Quote can be found on the DSCC Bid website at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ The subject requirement is for the acquisition of NSNs 2910009192022, and 2910012630493. An Indefinite Quantity Long Term Contract with a base period of three years and two 1 year options is anticipated. The total duration, based plus option years shall not exceed 5 years. Solicitation will be issued as "Unrestricted." using FAR Part 13.5 Procedures.
