Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network 10 Contracting Office (NCO 10), in accordance with FAR subpart 13.501 intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Fuji Film Medical Systems USA, 418 West Ave, Stamford, CT 06902 for a base plus four (4) option year contract to provide ProSolv Echo Viewer, Analyzer, Server, HL7 Integration, ADT Interface Integration, HIS Integration, Enterprise and Manager/Remote Viewer located at the Richard L. Roudebush VAMC and Northern Indiana Healthcare System. The NAICS Code that applies to this procurement is 541519; the small business size standard is $27.5 Million. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, solicitations, or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government.
