Description
Technical Monitoring Services RFP MHU Inspection Clauses Statement of Work for Additional Inspection Services This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is HSFE70-17-R-0006 and is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). Under this requirement, Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) intends to award multiple commercial, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase Orders, as needed. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) code is 541350. The small business size standard is $7.5M. This is an unrestricted, full and open acquisition. FEMA is seeking contracted assistance to provide for compliance and quality assurance monitoring of FEMA vendors to assure complying homes are constructed to support the Manufactured Housing Unit Program. Description of requirements for the items to be acquired: The Department of Homeland Security (DHS)/Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has a requirement to acquire technical monitoring services - see attached "SOW for additional inspection services" for details. Delivery, Inspection, Acceptance and FOB Destination Point of Contact will be provided to awardee(s). Quotes must include company name, company DUNS number, and point of contact information. The Defense Priorities and Allocation System (DPAS) of DO-N1 applies to this acquisition. This is a rated order certified for national defense, emergency preparedness, and energy program use, and the Contractor shall follow all the provisions of the Defense Priorities and Allocations System regulation (15 CFR 700).
