- Warfighter Information Network - Tactical (WIN-T) Increment 1 B16 Hardware Spot Buy ARMS 20314 This is a Request for Information (RFI) for planning and market research purposes only, and shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government. This is NOT a Request for Quote or Proposal. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this Sources Sought Synopsis (SSS) or reimburse any costs associated with the preparation of responses to this SSS. This SSS will be used to gather market research and to make decisions regarding the development of acquisition strategies. The Integrated Logistics Support Center (ILSC), Aberdeen Proving Ground, in support of Warfighter Information Network-Tactical (WIN-T) Increment 1, is considering soliciting a Spot Buy for the items below used in WIN-T Increment 1, under NAICS 334290. This SSS is in support of Market Research being conducted by the Defense Logistics Agency and ILSC to identify potential manufacturing/supply sources, and if future efforts can be competitive or Set Aside for Small Business.
