- Solicitation W911SA-18-Q-3023 is expected to be posted on or near 2 October 2017. Telephone, written or electronic requests for hard copies of the solicitation documents will be discouraged. Parties interested in the solicitation should access www.fbo.gov for issuance of the solicitation, associated documents, and solicitation amendments; contractors will not be directly notified of solicitation amendments. Solicitation for non-personal services. Contractor shall provide all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, supervision and other items or services necessary to perform Refuse Services at various locations in the state of Missouri; in accordance with the performance work statement and the terms and conditions of the solicitation and resultant contract. The contractor will furnish all supplies necessary to fulfill the Performance Work Statement. The period of performance is 1 November 2017 (or subsequent date) through 31 October 2018 with four (4) one year options and a six (6) month option to extend services. This procurement is Set Aside as 100% Small Business under the NAICS Code 562111 with a size standard of $38.5 Million.
