Notice of Intent to Sole Source ELGA LabWater PURELAB Classic UV Ultra Pure Water Polishing Unit FBO Notice: VA701-17-N-0516 The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Program Contract Activity Central (PCAC) intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2), Only One Responsible Source Available, no other source will satisfy agency requirements. The VA intends to solicit and negotiate with Technical Communities, Inc. 1111 Bayhill Drive Suite 400, San Bruno, CA 94066; to provide a ELGA LabWater PURELAB Classic UV Ultra Pure Water Polishing Unit. The NAICS code for this procurement is 334513: Instruments and Related Products Manufacturing for Measuring, Displaying, and Controlling Industrial Process Variables. The Small Business Administration Size Standard is 750 employees. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be accepted.
