- Description
- The Federal Government is looking to lease Parking Spaces within the Level IV security perimeter of the newly awarded TSA Headquarters. The Offeror's were instructed through the procurement process to include in their response a cost per parking space for a minimum of 900 spaces or the lessor must provide the maximum allowable parking spaces as approved by the local zoning authorities, additional spaces which shall be acquired by the tenant agency under a separate parking garage operating agreement. The Offerors must include the cost and terms of the additional spaces on an Attachment to the Form 1364 - "Proposal to Lease Space. The parking would be acquired in its entirety with all appurtenant areas such as entrance and egress. This area would be secured and controlled by the Government. The Lessor shall be responsible for providing all services, utilities, maintenance and repairs necessary to the operation of the on-site parking areas, except that the Government shall be responsible for providing all security related to such areas. Security may include, but not be limited to, guard stations, access gates, security devices and closed circuit television, as deemed necessary to ensure access control. Price proposals for lease of all on-site parking shall remain valid throughout the lease term and shall be at reasonable prevailing market monthly rates.
