- The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to issue a single, Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13. This is anticipated to be a competitive award. The contractor shall replace interior video cameras along with video recording system, including all labor, materials and equipment for a complete and functional integrated security system. The work included as specified in the attached Statement of Work (SOW) and as shown on the attached contract drawings consists of, but is not limited to, the following: a. Closed Circuit Television System (CCTV) b. Intrusion Detection System (IDS) c. Warranty coverage d. Systems tracking e. Submittals and shop drawings f. Maintenance and service support This is a Request for Quote (RFQ). All interested sources shall submit an ALL OR NONE quote for evaluation. All vendors submitting a bid shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) with an active DUNS Number along with their Representations and Certifications completed in SAM. This requirement will be evaluated based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). Please see the attached SOW and building drawings. All questions, technical or otherwise, shall be in writing and received by the Contract Specialist at Alyse.N.Girard@usdoj.gov no later than September 26, 2017 at 10:00 am EST. All questions and answers will be provided via email. Quotes are due no later than September 28, 2017 at 10:00am EST.
