Description

The Indianapolis VA Medical Center, Indianapolis, IN, in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) Only one source reasonably available, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Wavemark Inc., 300 Baker St., Suite 207, Concordia, MA 01742 for furnishing Wavemark Cabinets, Installation services, hardware/software maintenance, and support services and RFID tags. NAICS 339113 applies, the small business size standard is 750 Employees. The contractor shall deliver to the Indianapolis VA Medical Center at 1481 W. 10th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46202 by 12/30/2017, install by 1/30/2018 and provide the maintenance and support services for a total of 1 year from the date of install. The sole source rationale is based on the ability of the Wavemark Inc. units to integrate and communicate with the VA GIP system and Wavemark Inc. being the only contractor that currently has all of the approvals required to integrate with the VA s systems. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. It is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Responses must be received NLT 10:00AM EDT on 9/27/2017. No telephonic inquiries or responses will be accepted.
