- Sole Source Justification Item List Statement of Work Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1 (b)(1), the Contracting Officer, Naval Hospital Bremerton, Bremerton, WA intends to issue a sole source award to Praxair in the amount of $15,321.89 for the period of 10/01/2017 through 09/30/2018 to supply medical gases for Naval Hospital Oak in support of patient care. This notice is not a request for quotes and no solicitation will be issued. The Govt. intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) 325120: Industrial Gas Manufacturing will be used. Any firm that believes it can provide the stated products/service can provide supporting documents demonstrating their capability. Due to urgency of needs, responses received will be used for future acquisitions. Information can be sent to Lualhati Garcia at lualhati.n.garcia.civ@mail.mil. No telephone or facsimile inquiries will be accepted. Delivery of medical gases: Medical Oxygen, liquid oxygen, Nitrous Oxide, Liquid Nitrogen,(in different sizes), Dry Ice, and tank rental and services. (See attached for itemized requirements).
