- LOGCAP Industry Day Registration Form 24Oct17 Industry Day 24-25 October 2017 Update Attached is the LOGCAP V Industry Day Registration Form for 24 October 2017 Industry Day. The Government intends to publicly post a list of those that register for the 24 October 2017 Industry Day. If individuals do not want information posted, please indicate in the appropriate section of the registration form. Interested parties should complete the form and submit via e-mail to usarmy.ria.acc.mbx.logcapv@mail.mil by 17 October 2017. The Government will confirm receipt of Registration Forms within a few days once received, if you do not receive confirmation please contact Brian Knutson and Alejandra Figueroa. As part of the October 2017 Industry Day, ASC and ACC will be offering contractors an opportunity for a 40 minute one-on-one session on 25 October 2017. The Government ONLY intends to conduct one-on-one sessions with companies intending to submit a proposal as a prime offeror. Prime offerors may elect to bring teaming partners, subs, etc., however please note space may be limited. An ASC small business representative will be present at Industry Day. Companies interested in arranging a meeting with the small business rep should contact Ms. Dianne Stoffa at dianne.l.stoffa.civ@mail.mil.
