Description

This is a Notice of Intent to award a Sole Source contract using simplified acquisition procedures to procure rental of 12 parking spaces at City Center West Garage - 525 14th Street - Oakland - CA 94612 with City of Oakland Parking Partners. The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) attempts to award a one (1) year contract for the following period: Period of Performance: 10/01/2017 - 09/30/2018 The IRS intends to solicit only one source pursuant to the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) and FAR 6.302-1. A Sole Source Justification - Simplified Acquisition has been documented in the contract file in writing. Interested Contractors may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement and submit proposals. All responses received by the response date will be considered by the IRS. A determination not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice or proposed contract action is solely within the discretion of the IRS. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Questions must be emailed to the Contracting Officer at Mach.Ngo@irs.gov no later than the response date and time required in this notice. Questions received by mail, fax, or telephone will not accepted or acknowleged.
