- The 355th Contracting Squadron, Davis-Monthan AFB, Arizona has issued a sole-source procurement action under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 to R-Interests, LLC doing business as Rumber Materials for the following items: CLIN 0001 - Combat Offload Pallet, Part Number: COP-A1 (QTY: 5/EA) This purchase was made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition. The award date is 25 September 2017. Please note that this is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing complete information describing their ability to provide the product/services listed above. Deadline date for the submittals is 2 October 2017 by 10:00 AM, Arizona Local Time. A determination by the government not to compete future requirements based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
