- Solicitation Document Covering Letter The U.S. Consulate Gerenal Hong Kong and Macau has a requirement for janitorial services to the Consulate Building Office and it's warehouse in Hong Kong. The anticipated performance is for a base year of twelve months and four one-year periods at the option of the Government. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. The solicitation will be issued via the FedBizOpps. Prospective offerors are advised that registration in the System for Award Management is required prior to award in accordance with FAR provision 52.204-7, System for Award Management. Therefore, offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of their quotation.
