Description

Long-Bow Apache Tactical Engagement Simulation System (LBA TESS) Aircraft (B) Kits and Ground Kits for the Country of Taiwan. PROGRAM DESCRIPTION: The Department of Army, Army Contracting Command - Orlando, on behalf of the U.S. Army Program Executive Office for Simulation, Training, and Instrumentation (PEO STRI), Project Director for Field Operations (PD Field OPS) intends to solicit, negotiate and award a sole source contract to Inter Coastal Electronics Inc. (ICE). The requirement is to pr ovide full-time in-country LBA TESS support, required spares and support equipment to support one year of collective training, and three (2) years Customer Logistics Support (CLS) and Depot Repair & Return (R&R). The contractor shall perform Repair & Return (Depot Maintenance) and determine which items should be repaired, which should be removed from service, and the level of maintenance at which the repair should be performed. The contractor is responsible for all aspects of LBA TESS training, exercise support, and maintenance
