- Drawing Solicitation CY17 LCS Funded, MLWR18-1039 Pave Road North POL RailroadFunds are not presently available for this project. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. See FAR Subpart 52.232-18 in this solicitation. "THIS IS RFP FOR NON-WORK PLAN TASK ORDER FOR THE FOLLOWING MATOC WORK-PLAN CONTRACTORS ONLY" W91QVN-14-D -0031, 0032, 0033, 0035, 0036, 0037, 0038, 0039, 0040, 0041, 0044, 0045, 0046, 0047, 0048, 0049, and 0050. A. Site Visit: Offerors who intend to propose on this solicitation are strongly encouraged to attend site visit. See site visit Clause FAR 52.236-27 Alt I in Section I. Offerors are required to have a valid Korean Identification card when attending the site visit orientation. B. SUBMISSION OF PROPOSAL: See section L C. Submission of Proposal: See Section L for details. If the contractor is unable to submit the proposal in response to RFP, the Contractor shall submit a "No-Offer Letter" by the date and time specified in this solicitation.
